1. About A-Works Painting Company

A-Works Painting Company provides residential and commercial painting-related estimates, consultations, scheduling, project coordination, and painting services in San Diego County, California.

2. Website and Quote Requests

Information presented on our website is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a quote or estimate request:

• Does not create a binding service agreement;
• Does not guarantee availability;
• Does not guarantee a particular price or project schedule;
• Does not obligate you to purchase services; and
• Does not obligate A-Works Painting Company to accept a project.

Final pricing, project scope, materials, warranties, payment terms, and schedules will be established through a separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

3. Accuracy of Submitted Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a form or communicating with us. You represent that:

• You are authorized to request services for the property identified;
• The telephone number and email address provided belong to you or you are authorized to use them;
• Project details, photographs, and service-address information are accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
• You will promptly notify us if relevant information changes.

Paint Concept Visualizer

If you submit photographs to the Paint Concept Visualizer, you represent that you own the images or have permission to submit them and authorize A-Works Painting Company and its service providers to process them to prepare, review, store, and deliver the requested concept. You must not upload confidential documents, unlawful material, malicious files, or photographs you are not authorized to use.

Visualizer concepts are approximate design aids. They are not architectural plans, product samples, color guarantees, estimates, scopes of work, or promises of a finished result. Lighting, screen calibration, surface texture, surrounding colors, preparation, product selection, sheen, and application method can materially change how paint appears. Physical samples and an onsite assessment should be approved before final application.

A-Works may decline, pause, or request new photographs when a submission is unclear, outside our service scope, technically unsuitable, or cannot be processed safely. Human review reduces errors but does not guarantee that every architectural detail or edge will be reproduced perfectly.

4. A-Works Painting Company Customer Care SMS Program

Program Name

The SMS program is called the A-Works Painting Company Customer Care SMS Program.

Program Purpose

The program provides conversational and informational communications related to:

• Quote and estimate requests and quote follow-up;
• Estimate scheduling, confirmations, and appointment reminders;
• Customer questions and responses;
• Service notifications;
• Project scheduling, coordination, and progress updates; and
• Final walkthroughs and project completion.

The program is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.

How Users Opt In

Users may opt in by opening the LeadConnector chat widget on www.aworkspainting.com, entering their name and mobile telephone number, and submitting their chat request after seeing the SMS disclosure. The disclosure identifies A-Works Painting Company and explains that messages are informational and transactional, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. The website chat widget is the only SMS consent-collecting mechanism currently used on the website.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and project status. You may receive multiple messages while an estimate or painting project is active. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text messaging or data plan.

Opting Out and Rejoining

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, A-Works Painting Company or its messaging provider will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from that number unless you opt in again.

To rejoin after opting out, open the LeadConnector chat widget on www.aworkspainting.com and submit a new chat request after seeing the SMS disclosure.

The client remains responsible for obtaining any owner, HOA, design-review, or other required approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A-Works Painting Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or online forms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to the website or these Terms will be handled in an appropriate court located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
